4. What are their  screening procedures?

5. What are the eviction procedures?

6. Ask for copy of leasing contract.

7. What is their response time to tenant requests - ask for records kept.

8. What are the procedures for rent collection? Is the rent direct deposited in a bank or, dropped off in a management office. Are they paid online?

9.  What are the management fees?

10. Check with the Better Business Bureau, Yelp and other online review services.
