Its helpful to see how other countries & market places present premium property such as these gorgeous homes. Makes me want to take a swim! In Romania, all this is relatively new & unexplored turf. Any benchmarking always speeds up the learning, in the same way as lawyers use precedents. In school, it was called copying!!
